Montessori institutions are recognized as one of the premier academic learning centers in the state; they stand tall in public esteem and confidence.
Montessori schools were founded in the year 1972. The schools have seen remarkable growth over the years and branched into several well maintained institutions providing liberal, lively, competitive and congenial environment to students.
Montessori school, Vidyanagar was founded in 1976 which is now considered as the “MOTHER INSTITUTION” and Montessori School, A-camp was established in 1990 in a seven acre green campus in the heart of the city to help students experience “A HOME AWAY FROM HOME”.
Subsequently, in 2016 Montessori School at DD padu (Gurukul) was started imparting holistic education.
SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY

Whilst high academic achievement is a priority the school also organizes activities throughout the year where qualities such as leadership, self-discipline are inculcated with an emphasis on the individual, intellectual and emotional growth. It is imperative that children must have a well-rounded personality to face the world self-assuredly.
Montessori prepares children to be self-reliant, innovative and resourceful problem solvers with academic and social skills to contribute meaningfully to a diverse community in an ever changing world. The school also creates a technologically advanced positive learning environment, which encourages high expectations through development appropriate instruction.
MONTESSORI PARENT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
Montessori Parent Teachers Association (MPTA) is a council of parents and teachers that provides input on policies, budget, and various other school matters. The members are particularly focused on working towards the success of students at school. The members are selected based on their expertise in different fields and their ability to advise the school in various departments of school administration.
The committee meets once a year ( academic term) to perform the following duties:
Monitor the activities of the institution.
Prepare the school development plan and make recommendations for its implementation.
Review and advise the school on yearly events.
Approve the budget and fees for the upcoming year.
